Seit 2010 hat diese Summe jedes Jahr mehr als 1 Mio. US-Dollar betragen und ist weiter gestiegen. Zuletzt waren es mehr als 4 Mio. US-Dollar an Spenden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisationen, die Holman unterst\u00fctzt, repr\u00e4sentieren eine breite Palette von Unternehmungen, aber sie alle haben eines gemeinsam: Sie alle arbeiten daran, die Gesellschaft und Gemeinschaften zu verbessern, in denen Holman-Teammitglieder leben und arbeiten. Mitarbeiter von Holman spenden nicht nur Tausende von Stunden Freiwilligenarbeit an lokale Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisationen, sondern tragen auch dazu bei, die Philanthropie des Unternehmens zu gestalten, indem sie entscheiden, wohin die gemeinn\u00fctzige Unterst\u00fctzung geht. Diese Sponsorings sind im Allgemeinen etwas kleiner als unsere Community-Zusch\u00fcsse, werden aber monatlich vergeben, damit wir bestimmte Programme und Veranstaltungen unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen. Wie unsere Community-Zusch\u00fcsse ber\u00fccksichtigen wir Programme, die Menschen mit niedrigem bis mittlerem Einkommen unterst\u00fctzen.
